Reservation Policy
We require a 25% deposit to confirm your booking at the time of reservation with the balance due in full on arrival. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation prior to arrival your deposit will be deemed valid toward any future stay at Caspian Beach Apartments within 3 years of the original booking, subject to availability.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance in the event that you have to cancel your holiday. Visa, MasterCard and wire transfer payments are all accepted.
